Full Can (11.3 KM)
Race Bibs and Timing Device:
- Race bibs will be available for collection on the Saturday prior to the run from 10.00am – 2:00pm from QEII Square, Albury.
- They can also be collected from the start line on race day from 8.30am – 9.30am.

- Race Start Time 10.00am – You must be at the start line by 9:45am
- Start Location – Centaur Road, Lavington
- Finish Line – Bonnie Doon Park, Pemberton Street, West Albury
- There will be a bag drop service transporting belongings from Centaur Road to Bonnie Doon Park. We take no responsibility for lost or damaged property.
1/2 Can (4.3 KM) and School Can Challenge

Timing & Race Bib Issue
Race bibs that include an electronic timing label will be available to runners from 10.00am on the Saturday before the race from QEII Square, Dean Street, Albury. They will also be issued to runners at the start area on race day from 8.30am for the Full Can (Centaur Road, Lavington) and from 10:00am for the 1/2 Can (Bonnie Doon Park).
Race times are calculated using the same start time for all runners and finish times being recorded by two timing lines, one primary line and a back up line to ensure all runners receive an accurate time. This unobtrusive system ensures accurate competitor times.
Late Entry / Entry On The Day
Full Can (11.3Km)
People wishing to enter the Full Can (11.3Km) on the day must register online and go to the START area at Lavington Sports Oval to pick up a bib.
Half Can (4.3Km)
People wishing to enter the Half Can (4.3Kms) on the day must register online and go to Bonnie Doon Park to pick up a bib.
Matins Bus Service To Start Area:
Martin’s will provide a FREE BUS service to the Race Start for the Full Can. The first bus leaves Bonnie Doon Park at around 8am and the last bus departs at 9:15am.
“Ride the Hill then ‘Run’ it to ‘Nail’ the hill like an Ironman”
Did you know that there is also a Mountain bike ride over Nail Can Hill before the run that you can enter as well and become a Nail Can Hill Ironman/Ironwoman. The 15km MTB ride starts at 8am from the same starting line at the Lavington Sports Oval, Centaur Rd and finishes at Bonnie Doon Park at around 9am. You then head back to Centaur Rd to start the run at 10am.
